For organisers of established events
Most of what happens at your event is forgotten by Monday.
The event itself already works. Attndr keeps its value alive after everyone leaves — every attendee gets a personalised summary automatically, and you walk into your next sponsor renewal with numbers instead of a feeling.

The problem
Sound familiar?
75%
of what's learned is forgotten within a week
Ebbinghaus forgetting curve, 2015 replication
Delegates forget most of what they heard by Friday.
Great sessions, real insight, gone within days — because nothing about the experience continues past the closing keynote.
The sessions were real. The insight was real. Within days, almost none of it survives.
What follows from that
92%
of event teams say they need to improve post-event follow-up
Forrester
Every event starts from zero — even with people who came last year.
The relationship you spent three days building evaporates the moment everyone goes home, so next year's marketing starts from scratch too.
40%
of organisers still struggle to prove event ROI
Bizzabo, 2026 State of Events Report
Sponsors ask what they got for their money. You're guessing.
The room felt good. Proving that with numbers, after the fact, is a different problem entirely.
How it works
Set it up once. It collects, delivers, and keeps paying off.
01
Collect
Every session becomes personal, automatically
Each session's content and the engagement it generates are captured as they happen, then turned into a distinct summary and highlight set for every attendee — not one shared writeup. Add your sessions and speakers once, then control access with a simple CSV list; open sessions stay in sync on their own as your attendee list grows.
02
Interact
They come back to it, in whatever format fits them
During the event and for weeks after, each attendee can revisit their own content — as drip emails delivered in instalments, a downloadable PDF summary, or an optional podcast-style audio recap they can listen to like a show.
03
Extend
The value keeps compounding after the room empties
Organisers get a longer window with their own audience instead of one that closes at the exit doors. Sponsors get engagement they can point to, not a logo on a slide. And because the recap and summary content already exists, the conference and its speakers have real material ready for their own newsletter or social post.

Who it's for
You set it up once. Here's what it lets you offer everyone else.
Organisers
Zero admin, sponsor-ready proof
Set up your sessions and attendee list once. From there it runs on its own, and what comes out the other end is the evidence you need for your next renewal conversation — plus two things you get to hand to the people around you.
What you can offer sponsors
A headcount says how many people walked past. What you hand them instead is how many came back to the content afterwards, and for how long.
What it means for attendees
No app to download and no notes to take — their own personalised recap is written for them and waiting, and they can have it emailed over in instalments if they want it.
Founding partners
We're onboarding a small number of conferences as founding partners this season.
The first 10 conferences get 20% off ($8/attendee instead of $10), locked in for your first two events, plus a hands-on setup call with our founder to get your sessions, speakers, and attendee list loaded before doors open. In exchange, we ask for a short case study once your event wraps.

FAQ
Questions organisers ask us
How long does it take to get set up?+
Three steps: create your conference, add sessions and speakers, then upload your attendee list as a CSV. There's no integration project and nothing to install.
Does this replace our existing event platform, or sit alongside it?+
Alongside it. Attndr isn't a registration or ticketing tool — it handles what happens once you have a session schedule: access control, live capture, personalised follow-up, and reporting.
How is Attndr different from Whova, Bizzabo, or Cvent?+
Those are full event-management platforms — registration, ticketing, agenda building, and more. Attndr isn't a replacement for any of them: it sits alongside your existing platform and focuses on what happens once you have a session schedule — a genuinely personalised AI summary for every attendee (not one shared recap), live Q&A, and an engagement dashboard for your sponsor conversations.
What about attendee privacy and consent for the follow-up content?+
You're responsible for having the right to contact the attendees you invite, same as any email you'd send them directly. See our privacy policy for exactly what we collect and how it's used.
How does pricing scale as our event grows?+
It's per attendee, not per seat — US$10 an attendee, whether you have 50 or 5,000. No separate charge for sessions or speakers. Verified not-for-profits pay US$8/attendee, as a standing rate — get in touch to be verified.
What about the podcast-style upgrade, custom branding, or other add-ons?+
Those are available to ask about — a custom attendee podcast-style recap, custom domains, custom branding, and in-person support are separate from the flat per-attendee rate, handled case by case rather than as automatic account features. Ask when you book a demo.
Do facilitators and sponsors get their own access?+
Facilitators get their own login to run the live Q&A queue for the sessions they're assigned to. Sponsors don't get a login — the engagement dashboard is yours, to bring into a sponsor conversation yourself. It isn't a sponsor portal, and the numbers are event-wide rather than broken down per sponsor.
Your next event is already on the calendar.
Setup is three steps and no integration project. Deciding whether it's worth it takes twenty minutes on a call.
